Lightweight and extremely versatile, the Black Diamond Alpine Start Hoody is a softshell jacket made from Schoeller® stretch fabric. Ultra-breathable, it offers protection from the elements and is designed for mountaineers and climbers looking to carry as little weight as possible. The gusseted construction offers total freedom of movement, while the hood, which fits perfectly over your climbing helmet, provides additional protection from the elements, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. This highly compact windbreaker can be folded into the chest pocket, and a carabiner allows you to attach it to your harness and take it with you on a route.

Customers must contact the store for a return authorization (RA#) and are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Warranty claims for defective items can be directed to the store for manufacturer processing.

We can. If you live outside Canada or the United-States of America, you can send us an email with the item you would like buy and your full address and we can get a quote from different courriers.
