Final sale

All discounted products are final sale.

Due to the inherently dangerous nature of climbing, NO RETURNS will be accepted on climbing and safety equipment. Climbing and safety equipment includes, but is not limited to, any piece of equipment that has a certification, rating or load limit (kN). Example: carabiner, quickdraw, rope, harness, helmet, ice axe, cam, nuts, belay device, lanyards and slings, etc.

Due to a lot of returns on Mountaineering/Ice Climbing boots, a $100 restocking fee will be charged for every pair of boots that is returned.

To reduce our ecological footprint:

Please note that because we try to reduce the amount of waste we produce, you may receive your order in a different product box than what you ordered (e.g. a pair of climbing pants in a box of climbing shoes) or in a reused padded envelope.
