La Sportiva Cyklon Cross GTX Running Shoe - Women

La Sportiva Cyklon Cross GTX Women running shoe is a technical Mountain Running® shoe with an integrated waterproof gaiter and BOA® Fit System lacing. Designed for off-road training and competition in winter, it can also be used with snowshoes. The waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane works in synergy with the water-repellent gaiter to prevent mud and snow from entering. Comfortable footwear is achieved through the Easy-in system, which facilitates and accelerates the entry into the boot. The use of BOA® Fit System technology allows for greater precision and speed in adjusting volumes. The sole is made of ultra-grippy FriXion® White compound and is prepared for AT Grip studs to increase grip on snowy or icy surfaces. A must-have for anyone who loves to run and compete even in winter.

Vertical Addiction ships orders via Canada Post expedited service with tracking and $100 insurance included. Delivery times vary: 2–3 business days within Alberta/BC, 3–4 days to Saskatchewan/Manitoba, and up to 9 days for eastern provinces. U.S. orders may take 7–15 business days due to customs. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Returns are accepted on regular-priced items within 10 business days, provided they are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. Sale items and climbing/safety gear are final sale. Customers must contact the store for a return authorization (RA#) and are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Warranty claims for defective items can be directed to the store for manufacturer processing.

How do you ship?
All the orders are shipped with Canada Post. We use their Expedited service which offers a tracking number and $100 insurance. Depending on your location, you can expect you parcel do take between 2 to 8 business days to get to you once shipped. Here's a rough estimate: 

• Alberta and British-Columbia: 2-3 business days
• Sasakatchewan-Manitoba: 3-4 business days
• Ontario and Quebec: 6-8 business days
• Maritimes: 7-9 business days

If you are ordering from the USA, you can expect between 7 and 15 business days before you see your order. That is because sometimes, the duty clearance takes time to process.

Can I get my order faster?
Yes you can. If you want your order to ship faster, you can leave us a note when you do your purchase online. We will then get a quote from Canada Post and will contact you with the shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs when you want it expedited. You will have to cover all the cost for this shipping method. 

Do you ship internationally?
We can. If you live outside Canada or the United-States of America, you can send us an email with the item you would like buy and your full address and we can get a quote from different courriers. Once we have an idea of the shipping cost, we will confirm with you the amount and then, we can proceed with phone order.
