Built for the journey from trailhead to summit, the Salewa Wildfire 2 is your go-to companion for mountain approaches, technical scrambles, and easy alpine climbs. Designed to move seamlessly between hiking and climbing, it delivers the precision, grip, and durability you need when the terrain gets serious.

The upper is constructed from robust recycled synthetic materials, combining durability with breathability for long days in the mountains. A reinforced TPU rand protects against scree, rock, and rough terrain, while the PFC-free mesh lining keeps things lighter on the environment.

Underfoot, the POMOCA® outsole with Butylic rubber compound provides outstanding traction on both dry and wet rock, giving you confidence on everything from loose trails to exposed slabs. When the route gets technical, the Switchfit system lets you quickly shift into climb mode—tightening the fit for better edging and precision on small footholds.

A cushioned EVA midsole and a secure, wrapping fit ensure comfort over long distances, while climbing-style lacing allows for fine-tuned adjustment at the toe. The integrated Kevlar® cable system enhances stability, sensitivity, and overall performance when it matters most.

Returns are accepted on regular-priced items within 10 business days, provided they are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. Sale items and climbing/safety gear are final sale. Customers must contact the store for a return authorization (RA#) and are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Warranty claims for defective items can be directed to the store for manufacturer processing.

We can. If you live outside Canada or the United-States of America, you can send us an email with the item you would like buy and your full address and we can get a quote from different courriers. Once we have an idea of the shipping cost, we will confirm with you the amount and then, we can proceed with phone order.
