Product Description

The Backland 95 combines a lightweight poplar core with fiberglass reinforcement and a shape designed for varied backcountry conditions. Its construction uses more wood and less fiberglass and resin than previous Backland designs, reducing material-related CO₂-equivalent emissions by 30% compared with the 2021 Backland 85, according to Atomic.

The result is a touring ski that doesn't force you to choose between efficient climbing and an enjoyable descent. With a directional profile and a tip designed to handle changing snow, it offers a practical balance for skiers who rarely encounter the same conditions twice.
