The Radical 30+ backpack with its water-resistant, PFC-free outer materials is a comfortable and intelligent companion for every ski tour.

The roomy main compartment is accessible from the top with its roll-top opening and from the rear. That means you have everything quickly at hand during a tour. The roll-top closure helps you flexibly expand the pack’s volume, for example, if you need more stowage room for an overnight in a hut. In addition, the Radical 30+ backpack features a separate safety compartment that guarantees lightning fast access to emergency gear when every second counts in an emergency. A generous pocket for accessories with a key fob and a separate fleece-lined division features room for ski goggles, valuables, and other small essentials. You have two possibilities for ski attachment: Using the DYNAFIT Ski Hooks, diagonally on the rear of the pack, or on the sides with compression straps. Your helmet and two ice axes also have their own homes on the exterior of the pack.

Despite comprehensive features, its comfort has not been shortchanged: The preformed back system adapts to the natural shape of the spine. That allows the load to be optimally distributed between the two-piece hip belt and the ergonomic shoulder straps. The pack sits secure, stable and remains comfortable, too. Nothings shakes or slips, and you can make your turns precisely even on demanding backcountry terrain.

Vertical Addiction ships orders via Canada Post expedited service with tracking and $100 insurance included. Delivery times vary: 2–3 business days within Alberta/BC, 3–4 days to Saskatchewan/Manitoba, and up to 9 days for eastern provinces. U.S. orders may take 7–15 business days due to customs. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Returns are accepted on regular-priced items within 10 business days, provided they are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. Sale items and climbing/safety gear are final sale. Customers must contact the store for a return authorization (RA#) and are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Warranty claims for defective items can be directed to the store for manufacturer processing.

How do you ship?
All the orders are shipped with Canada Post. We use their Expedited service which offers a tracking number and $100 insurance. Depending on your location, you can expect you parcel do take between 2 to 8 business days to get to you once shipped. Here's a rough estimate: 

• Alberta and British-Columbia: 2-3 business days
• Sasakatchewan-Manitoba: 3-4 business days
• Ontario and Quebec: 6-8 business days
• Maritimes: 7-9 business days

If you are ordering from the USA, you can expect between 7 and 15 business days before you see your order. That is because sometimes, the duty clearance takes time to process.

Can I get my order faster?
Yes you can. If you want your order to ship faster, you can leave us a note when you do your purchase online. We will then get a quote from Canada Post and will contact you with the shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs when you want it expedited. You will have to cover all the cost for this shipping method. 

Do you ship internationally?
We can. If you live outside Canada or the United-States of America, you can send us an email with the item you would like buy and your full address and we can get a quote from different courriers. Once we have an idea of the shipping cost, we will confirm with you the amount and then, we can proceed with phone order.
