The Ortovox TOUR PRO COVER GLOVES for men: The multi-purpose weapon for demanding ski tours with long ascents and rapid descents.

Functioning well during both ascent and descent and in any weather, these lightweight softshell gloves will make every demanding ski-tour heart beat faster. The outer material is windproof and water-resistant, and the fingers made of Naturetec Light softshell material offer maximum freedom of movement. When you are moving, warm air can quickly and easily escape through a hidden ventilation opening on the back of the hand; the overlapping opening stays closed when you are standing still.

The special highlight: The integrated, retractable glove covers made of robust PERTEX QUANTUM PRO material can be quickly and easily pulled over the glove to provide additional protection against snow, wind and cold during descents. The gloves have a soft, 100% merino wool lining. The padding on the back of the hand is made from 50% recycled merino wool and makes the gloves cozily warm but never too hot. The thumb and index finger are reinforced and the smart finger enables the operation of a smartphone screen.

Vertical Addiction ships orders via Canada Post expedited service with tracking and $100 insurance included. Delivery times vary: 2–3 business days within Alberta/BC, 3–4 days to Saskatchewan/Manitoba, and up to 9 days for eastern provinces. U.S. orders may take 7–15 business days due to customs. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Returns are accepted on regular-priced items within 10 business days, provided they are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. Sale items and climbing/safety gear are final sale. Customers must contact the store for a return authorization (RA#) and are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Warranty claims for defective items can be directed to the store for manufacturer processing.

How do you ship?
All the orders are shipped with Canada Post. We use their Expedited service which offers a tracking number and $100 insurance. Depending on your location, you can expect you parcel do take between 2 to 8 business days to get to you once shipped. Here's a rough estimate: 

• Alberta and British-Columbia: 2-3 business days
• Sasakatchewan-Manitoba: 3-4 business days
• Ontario and Quebec: 6-8 business days
• Maritimes: 7-9 business days

If you are ordering from the USA, you can expect between 7 and 15 business days before you see your order. That is because sometimes, the duty clearance takes time to process.

Can I get my order faster?
Yes you can. If you want your order to ship faster, you can leave us a note when you do your purchase online. We will then get a quote from Canada Post and will contact you with the shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs when you want it expedited. You will have to cover all the cost for this shipping method. 

Do you ship internationally?
We can. If you live outside Canada or the United-States of America, you can send us an email with the item you would like buy and your full address and we can get a quote from different courriers. Once we have an idea of the shipping cost, we will confirm with you the amount and then, we can proceed with phone order.
