BCA Tracker3 Avalanche Transceiver

We like the Tracker3 for its simple, no-nonsense approach. It keeps everyday operation straightforward while offering extra search functions when the situation becomes more complex.

Consider Another Option If

You prefer a newer-generation interface or a transceiver that can mark multiple signals without the Tracker3's temporary suppression system.

• Backcountry skiing: Ski tourers who appreciate straightforward controls and clear search information.
• Snowmobiling: Riders looking for a compact transceiver with dedicated multiple-burial functions.
• Multiple-burial management: Users who want signal suppression and an overview of detected signals.

• Real-Time Display: Direction and distance information update continuously during a search.
• Signal Suppression: Temporarily suppresses one detected signal for one minute to help isolate another.
• Big Picture Mode: Provides an overview of detected signals and their approximate directions and distances.
• Multiple-Burial Indicator: Displays additional indicators when more than one transmitting signal is detected.
• Motion-Sensing Auto-Revert: Can switch the transceiver back to transmit mode following a period of inactivity in search mode.
• Low-Profile Design: Compact construction makes the Tracker3 easier to carry without unnecessary bulk.

Can the Tracker3 permanently mark multiple victims?

No. Its Signal Suppression mode temporarily suppresses one detected signal for one minute before returning to normal search mode. This differs from transceivers that retain marked signals during a multiple-burial search.
