Mammut Pro 35 Removable Airbag 3.0

The Pro 35 feels built around how technical users actually pack. We like the rear access, supportive frame and dedicated safety compartment, especially when the day involves more than a lightweight touring setup.

Consider Another Option If: Choose a lighter, simpler airbag pack if you rarely carry technical equipment, or an electronic system if cartridge-free travel and repeated practice deployments are priorities.

• Technical ski touring, guiding and gear-intensive days
• Backcountry users who want an avalanche airbag integrated into their touring pack
• Skiers and snowboarders carrying avalanche rescue equipment

• Removable Airbag System 3.0 can be transferred between compatible Mammut packs.
• Full rear zipper access opens the main compartment without digging from the top.
• CONTACT U Frame and aluminum frame improve load transfer with skis or a snowboard attached.
• Dedicated front avalanche-safety pocket keeps shovel and probe accessible.
• Diagonal ski, snowboard and splitboard carry support varied winter objectives.

Does this airbag replace a transceiver, shovel and probe?

No. An avalanche airbag is additional safety equipment and does not replace avalanche education, terrain management, a transceiver, shovel, probe or companion-rescue skills.

What airbag system does it use?

Removable Airbag System 3.0.
